Family with children will find it acceptable
So, we stayed for 3 nights and the room was clean and spacious, a lovely family room with stunning sea views. The breakfast was continental but had enough options that we really didn't mind getting it for free, the scrambled eggs were just right!
Not exactly cheap, but for what you get, still acceptable.

Had a fantastic time with a group of friends. We visited the beach and tried some local restaurants. The location is perfect, and the staff are really friendly. Breakfast was lovely, and the rooms were clean and spacious, but do keep in mind there's no WiFi in the rooms. it's a great spot for a fun getaway!

Fantastic location with a great view
I booked a sea view room for a spontaneous night away, and the location couldn't be better! The view overlooking the seafront was amazing, and the staff were incredibly polite and friendly. Our room was clean and had all the essentials for a cozy stay. I didn’t try the breakfast, but I would definitely stay here again next time in Llandudno.

The location near the sea front was fantastic, making it easy to explore nearby attractions. While my room was comfortable, I encountered issues with noise from the bar area and a lack of WiFi in the rooms, which made it challenging for work. the breakfast provided was good and added value to my stay.

great location but small room
The location is really great, within easy reach of key attractions. Check-in process was very smooth and allowed me to settle in early, which I appreciated.
The single room felt quite cramped for my stay and lacked some space to move around comfortably.

The double room with a sea view offered a nice glimpse of the ocean, giving it a relaxing atmosphere. The charming decor added a bit of character, making for a pleasant environment to unwind after a long day.
The double room was on the smaller side—expected a bit more space. The bed was just two mattresses pushed together, resulting in an uncomfortable dip in the middle that made it hard for a couple to sleep well. The shower felt cramped, with stiff doors that were frustrating to close. Carpets had a sticky feel in certain areas. A lack of Wi-Fi in the room made browsing nearly impossible, and the check-in and check-out timings felt restrictive, limiting flexibility during the stay.

The breakfast spread here is top-notch, and the poached eggs are done to perfection! The location can't be beaten, being a stroll away from Fortes Ice Cream Parlour and Tynedale Hotel's Restaurant for some cheeky dining options. Plus, the owners are super friendly, making you feel right at home!
A downside is the lack of on-site parking, so keep your eyes peeled for free parking streets away. It wasn't a bother for me, but could catch others off guard. Just check the signs, mate!
